IHS iSuppli MEMS部门主任Jeremie先生参加全球传感器高峰论坛暨物联网应用峰会，并做主题演讲。

演讲内容介绍：

Smart homes, smart cities, smart grid, smart lighting... Everything in the more general concept of the Internet of Things becomes smart and sensors are almost always the enabling the "smart". The entire sensor industry is looking at IoT as the next big wave after automotive and consumer/mobile applications. How big is this opportunity really? Is there a chance one day to build an installed based of a "trillion" sensors? IHS is currently investigating all the scenarios for the deployment of sensors in diverse areas from homeland security to farming through smart cities, transportation infrastructure and smart homes. In each case IHS is analyzing the market drivers such as regulations or energy efficiency, the hurdles such as the cost and powering of sensor nodes. In each scenario IHS is also quantifying the demand for each sensor type. IHS will present the results of this first attempt to quantify the opportunity for sensors in IoT.

Jeremie先生简介：

Jérémie Bouchaud is unique to the MEMS industry – his breadth of MEMS device and application knowledge is unmatched, particularly in terms of automotive, consumer markets and RF MEMS. He was a founder and head of MEMS research for Wicht Technologie Consulting. At IHS, Jérémie is responsible for the MEMS service area.

The success of WTC was due to a large degree to the MEMS research which Jérémie developed. In the course of his career, he has led more than 100 MEMS-related market research endeavors. Prior to WTC, he oversaw technology transfer for sensors and MEMS at the German office of CEA-LETI.

Jérémie is a graduate of the Munich University of Applied Sciences and of Ecole Supérieur de Commerce of Grenoble. He speaks German, English and French.
